The Omni King Edward is often praised for its gorgeous appearance and prime downtown location, making it convenient to reach attractions like the Scotiabank Arena, the St Lawrence Market, the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre, with Union Station also within walking distance. Guests appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms, some of which feature very comfortable 2x2 meter beds. While the hotel is generally highly regarded, a few guests have found some aspects of the rooms to be a bit dated. Many have found the Consort Lobby bar a highlight.

the location proved convenient. the cleaning staff was really lovely, and they did a lovely job ensuring everything felt fresh and inviting. the lobby exuded a majestic ambiance, a feeling i found quite romantic. i found the design touches in every corner to be very well done.
I did notice the shower's hand shower didn't function, and the main control lever changed the temperature somewhat unexpectedly. This made showering a tad challenging, but everything else was GREAT.
